United States market

Digital marketing agency for United States brands.

Performance marketing for US DTC, SaaS, and local-service brands. Meta, Google, TikTok, and YouTube run by a global operator team with deep experience in the US market.

    Who we are

A global team, deeply experienced with US brands

New Public Media is a global performance marketing and white-label development team. We are not a US-only shop, we work with agencies and brands across the US, UK, Australia, Europe, and Asia, with the largest concentration of our paid-media accounts on US brands.

What that means in practice: we know how Meta's Advantage+ shopping changes hit US Shopify stores, we have shipped TikTok Shop integrations for US DTC, and we read Google bid signals when Performance Max throttles a category in US auctions. We also bring the global perspective, when a creative concept tests well on a US DTC brand, we already know which AU, UK, or EU markets it will transfer to.

Pricing for US clients displays in US dollars automatically on the booking page. You see the number you would actually pay before the discovery call.

    The problem

Why US DTC, SaaS, and local-service brands keep getting bad results

Most US brands we audit are stuck between two bad options. On one side: offshore-cheap shops billing $1,500 a month who copy structures from playbooks built for other markets. They cannot navigate Meta's Advantage+ shopping changes, do not read Google bid signals when Performance Max throttles a category, and have never set up TikTok Shop for a US Shopify store. The cheap invoice ends up funding learning that should have happened on someone else's account.

On the other side: US-premium agencies charging $15K–$30K monthly retainers for the same three creative concepts recycled across clients. They staff junior media buyers on accounts senior strategists pitched. The retainer exceeds what they ship, and the contract makes it hard to leave.

We built New Public Media as the third option. Operator-led, weekly creative cadence, server-side tracking shipped in week one, and a retainer that maps to actual hours of senior attention on your account. No middle layer.

    Platforms

What we run for US brands

The right platform mix for a US brand changes by vertical, AOV, and sales cycle. Here is what we usually deploy:

    • 01

      Meta (Facebook + Instagram)

Advantage+ shopping campaigns for ecommerce with disciplined audience network exclusion when it bleeds margin. Manual sales campaigns for offers under $30 AOV where Advantage+ underprices the auction. Weekly creative tests by hook, not concept, usually 6–10 new ads a week.

    • 02

      Google

Performance Max for ecommerce with asset group separation by margin tier. Search + Demand Gen for high-intent service categories (legal, home services, B2B). YouTube as a Performance Max channel for ecommerce, separate Demand Gen campaigns for awareness-stage SaaS.

    • 03

      TikTok

Spark Ads on top of organic creator content for DTC, not studio-shot brand ads that die in 48 hours. TikTok Shop integration where the product fits, beauty, apparel, accessories, consumables under $50.

    • 04

      YouTube

Demand Gen for B2B and SaaS top-of-funnel. Video action campaigns for DTC at lower CPM than Meta retargeting in many categories. Always paired with a destination, landing page, product page, or lead form, never a homepage.

    • 05

      Reddit and Pinterest

Supplemental. Reddit works for SaaS and technical products with subreddit-level targeting. Pinterest works for home, beauty, and wedding categories where intent runs 30–90 days ahead of purchase. Neither is the main lever, both can carry 10–20% of spend at competitive CPAs.

    Proof

What clients tell us after the first 30 days.

    • “We had three agencies before. None of them showed us our actual tracking gaps until New Public Media did the audit in week one.”
      Founder, DTC apparel brandUnited States
    • “Within 30 days our cost per lead came down by 41 percent. The weekly Loom is the only agency report I actually watch.”
Head of Growth, B2B SaaSUnited Kingdom
    • “They restructured our Meta account in week one and our ROAS stopped fluctuating. The reporting feels like having an in-house team.”

    Compliance

What US compliance looks like in 2026

California's CCPA and CPRA require a clear opt-out for the sale or sharing of personal information. If you are running Meta lookalikes built off a customer list, you need consent capture and a working Do Not Sell or Share flow. We have seen brands fined retroactively for ignoring this in onboarding flows.

FTC ad disclosure norms tightened around testimonials, AI-generated creative, and influencer partnerships. Anything that reads as endorsement needs material-connection disclosure. We bake this into every creative brief.

BIPA in Illinois exposes Meta advertisers running lookalikes off facial-recognition-rich source lists. Third-party cookie deprecation in Chrome means web-pixel-only tracking now misses 30–60% of conversions depending on category.

We solve all of this the same way: server-side tracking shipped in week one (Meta CAPI, Google Enhanced Conversions, TikTok Events API), a first-party data layer that respects consent flags, and creative briefs that pass legal review on day one. Compliance is not a tax, it is the new tracking floor.

    FAQ

    United States agency FAQ

    Are you a US-only agency?

No. We are a global team that works with US brands extensively. We manage accounts directly inside your Meta Business Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads Manager, and YouTube CMS. We do not run pooled or rented ad accounts. Every dollar of spend sits in your account, attached to your billing, and you own the data forever, whether you are based in San Francisco, London, or Sydney.

Can you operate in our timezone?

Yes, we work across global timezones and can match your business hours. Our operating team is structured so standups, Slack response, and weekly Loom drops land inside your working day. We have run accounts on ET, PT, GMT/BST, CET, AEST/AEDT, IST, and SGT, pick the cadence on the kick-off call.

How do you handle US ad-platform restrictions for sensitive verticals?

We have shipped accounts in financial services, supplements, telehealth, alcohol, and CBD-adjacent categories. The pattern is the same: read Meta's restricted-category policies line by line, structure landing pages to comply with FTC substantiation rules, file the right business verifications up front, and run creative briefs through a legal-aware lens before they go live. We will not promise to run categories that are flatly banned (firearms, recreational cannabis on Meta), but we will tell you that on the audit call instead of after you sign.

What is the minimum ad spend you will work with?

Roughly the equivalent of US$10K a month in paid media. Below that, the retainer eats too much of the budget for the math to work for either of us. If you are below that and want to grow into it, we are happy to do a one-off audit and point you to platform features you can run in-house until the spend justifies an operator.

    How fast can we start?

Most US clients are live with restructured campaigns within 7 to 10 business days of signing. Server-side tracking ships in the same window. The first creative drop hits the account in week two. We do not believe in 30-day onboarding theatre.
